ABOUT AMBER
I'm an experienced Nutritional Therapist in London, having studied for three years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, from where I graduated in 2011.

My BSc in Psychology at Manchester University supports the therapeutic side of the work I do in my clinic.

I worked as a management consultant for several years, including in the food industry, which gave me an interesting insight into food processing. Spurred on to explore the link between health and food, I retrained as a Nutritional Therapist when I became a mum.

-
As a 51 year old woman with two teenage kids and a decade of experience working as a Nutritional Therapist I understand deeply about the issues that surround motherhood, puberty, menopause, and the female psyche of weight concerns and body image.
-
I believe that the changes necessary to good health and optimal weight are a journey, in some senses one we are always on in different forms, as we move through each life-changing moment.
-
As a Nutritional Therapist I make it my job to guide and support clients through that journey.
-
My aim is always to educate and inspire around positive nutritional choices, in order to create sustainable changes that result in notable health improvements.
 -
I love working closely with all my clients, building relationships, and seeing first hand how upgrades in nutrition can have such a meaningful impact on quality
of life.
-
I am passionate about what I do: when you engage my services be assured that I completely commit to the process and am with you every step of the way.

Over the years I have developed many simple, delicious and nutritious recipes that I share with clients on my recipe page, on instagram and which are always incorporated into your nutrition plan.
