MY PHILOSOPHY
My approach to nutritional therapy is based on listening to the person in front of me, working with them to create a sustainable nutrition plan that meets their needs, whilst incorporating daily schedules and family demands.

I take care not to overload clients with too much information or change in one go, as I believe that adapting eating habits takes time, and should be embedded slowly to be truly effective.

Ultimately I believe that balance, variety and wholefoods are key to optimal health and weight. I strive to help each person I see find a way to incorporate these nutritional elements into their life, leaning how to nourish themselves and use food to their advantage.
I aim to inspire change in those who find the process difficult, by explaining why food is such a critical route to good health. Often minor changes that are carefully targeted can make a huge difference to how you feel.
