Recently bought Russian Kale from the farmer’s market. If you haven’t used it before and you come across it do try. Looks spiky and tough but if you shred it and stir fry in some garlic butter.... wow!! Or steam, also delicious. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
I’ve added it to my soup as I did over buy the Russian kale this week 😂⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Of course, as per previous posts, garlic is wonderful medicinal food to boost the immune system. This is a lovely way to add garlic into your cooking. Roasting reduces the strength of taste, so don’t be afraid of the 2 whole bulbs!⠀⠀
