Teriyaki Savoury Seeds


I always have a jar of these made. I absolutely love being able to sprinkle them onto salads or into quinoa or rice dishes.

Perfect way to add flavour and instantly upgrade a meal with some great fats.


Can also take a spoonful as a cheeky snack!

Teriyaki Savoury Seeds

100g sunflower seeds

100g pumpkin seeds

30g sesame seeds

2 tbsp tamari soya sauce

1tbsp sesame oil

1tsp ground ginger

1tsp powdered garlic

1tsp cayenne pepper or chilli powder


Instructions:

*Preheat oven to 170C

*In a mixing bowl add soya sauce, sesame oil, and spices. Add seeds and combine well

*Spread onto baking tray and bake for 20mins, until brown.Turn every 7-10 mins. Be careful not to burn.

*Once cooled, transfer to a glass jar and store. Perfect sprinkled on salads or as a snack.
